THE DECLINE OF THE AMERICAN EMPIRE!
History has proven for centuries that world power empires come and go. We have had the ROMAN, OTTOMAN, NAZI-GERMANY AND SOVIET EMPIRES ALL FALL FROM CREDIBILITY POWER AND GRACE. If you look back at why their demise happened you will find it was due in part to their spiritual values not being rooted in GOD but towards worshiping the god of materialism, immorality, greed and racism. Over the past twenty-five years, I've witnessed the gradual shift in the beliefs of America's sacred religions germinate into Satan's diabolic persuasion and conviction.
This nation has turned from worshiping our Living God to serving a worldly immoral, greedy, self-centered, prejudiced little god, which is SELF. During this period, our nation’s leaders have become an example of those disgusting traits, which already existed among many; spiraling into a rapid decline of rich culture into a spiral of loon and anomaly in the sight of GOD.
First, there was the moral decline of integrity during the eight years of leadership under the Clinton administration, which was highlighted with the coupling of promiscuousness.
Then, under the eight-year leadership of the Bush administration there was a "self-interest of oil greed" which catapult us into a war and cost our nation the loss of thousands of lives and three trillion dollars of debt, which should have been used for the infrastructure of schools, highways, roads and bridges among other innovative projects. Furthermore, “greed” placed us in a recession with a housing crisis. The housing crisis only greased and filled the pockets of the greedy rich with Middle East oil interest propelling these money hungry little gods’ into multi-billionaire status.
Now, we are at the end of an eight-year period of racism towards a black man who served as national leader in the Obama administration, whereby Congressional leader on the night of his inauguration made a pact to create nothing but havoc during his presidential term in office with a policy of "doing nothing."
Throughout these past three administrations, we have experienced a quarter century of decline for this once powerful nation as a result of the factors exhibited: ill-morality, self-centered greed and racism. So, is there any wonder why Almighty God is looking down upon us with disappointment, dissatisfaction and frustration?
Now, to add to His discomfort, we will soon have over the next four years, a leader administering over our nation with the embodiment of all three of the aforementioned factors leading this nation to its’ demise as a world power. The interesting factor, not as a result of his leadership, rather of the CHURCH’s complicity in this situation; the fact is that the CHURCH stood and continued to stand behind his actions; furthermore, laboring vehemently to bring him into power.
I was informed this morning that the Ringling Bros. Circus is going out of business, after 146 years. Then I realized they will not have a total loss, since there is a bigger circus coming into town throughout the whole of our nation. The only difference is we will not be spectators in the stands because we have become part of the consequence; which means we have also become part of the show. The spectators will be the global community viewing our circus act, “our fall”; all because we willingly accepted our role by accepting the phenomenon that will follow what was a valiant effort by a brilliant man to do good for our nation.
For twenty-five years we've permitted the physical manifestation of these sinful events and issues, turning a blind eye to the gradual maturation of these factoring results germinating due to our nations’ folly. There are consequences behind such a role.
ARE YOU ALSO GOING TO FORCE GOD TO DO AS HE DID TO THE NATIONS OF SODOM AND GOMORRAH?
In Ezekiel 16:48-50 of the New International Version (NIV) Bible, God compares Jerusalem to Sodom saying, "Sodom and her daughters never did what you and your daughters have done. “He explains what the sin of Sodom was: "She and her daughters were arrogant, overfed and unconcerned; they did not help the poor and needy. They were haughty and did detestable things before me."
Ezekiel 16:6-8 (NIV)
“‘Then I passed by and saw you kicking about in your blood, and as you lay there in your blood I said to you, “Live!” I made you grow like a plant of the field. You grew and developed and entered puberty. Your breasts had formed and your hair had grown, yet you were stark naked.
“‘Later I passed by, and when I looked at you and saw that you were old enough for love, I spread the corner of my garment over you and covered your naked body. I gave you my solemn oath and entered into a covenant with you, declares the Sovereign Lord, and you became mine.”
"ARE WE GOING TO LET THEM BANKRUPT OUR COUNTRY"?
SOME "DONOTHINGERS" ARE DOING SOMETHING, WHAT ABOUT YOU?
Over the past year I've written articles in newspapers, blogs, on face book and on my website calling for "We The People" to come together and go to Washington to tell Congress "We are mad as hell"of the disrespect, contempt and rudeness we've received and are not going to take it anymore. The Republican's have purposely "done nothing" for the purpose of embarrassing our President, while at the same time unwittingly and inadvertently destroying their own political party. That's what racism will do.
But more importantly over the last seven years they have taken this nation by "doing nothing" to the ebb of bankruptcy. Have you not wondered why the Federal Reserve Board of Governors have been meeting over the last three days? And on two of those days the chairperson has met with our President. Also, in Washington, meetings are taking place with the Finance and Central Bank Ministers of the G-20 nations and this weekend the annual general membership (188 countries)of the International Monetary Fund Conference will be taking place . What is going on that is so important?
Could it be what's significant is on April 22 - in China, the new Shanghai Gold Exchange launches its Gold Spot Price - which will shake, rattle and roll the investment world. Nothing but physical gold - for yuan. Will we have clarity on asset-backed currencies by this date? Will precious metals explode? Will paper gold survive this?
In my latest articles on the "Do Nothingers" I addressed the plight of we as a people in being properly represented by our elected Congressional Representatives. That's the reason I call them The "Do Nothingingers". Simply because they do nothing to promote, advance, booster or encourage policies for the well-being of our nation. It seems the Republican Party platform is to stop this Black man in the White House from passing any legislation at the expense of all Americans . That position has led to much anger, indignation, outrage and annoyance from other countries and much enragement, indignation, fury and outrage by it's citizenry. But more importantly, it has put this country in an economic spin that has brought nothing but dismay, despair, hopelessness and resignation. Other countries seeing what has happen are now taking the lead as an economic world power and have formed alliances and coalitions with other countries and are attempting to replace the U S as an influential world power. We have slipped and let racism stand in the way of progress. And as a result, we have many social and economic internal problems that must be solved or our proud nation will soon be looked upon as a replaced second tier country.
I have also labeled "We the People as "Do Nothingers" because we have stood around complaining and let it happen. We are a proud and strong people and have a powerful nation, but we have slipped and now must act immediately. Congress must become responsible and we must demand that they do. The reason is because we have (1) unemployed numbers which are around 20 percent since after two years people are taken off the books and not counted, (2) many retail stores have and are closing, downsizing or merging and terminating thousand of employees. (3) the energy- oil industry plight has over 50 thousand people already laid off since the crisis and is expected that an additional tens of thousands will lose their job as energy related companies will feel the effect and bring down the economy even further.
Cheap oil prices don't just affect the energy industry; It also affects a household of other related business such as flax oil equipment companies, employee housing, and restaurant consumer services. Retail sales are operating at it's lowest level in decades because people are not spending as car sales and home buying are operating at their worst performance in decades. (4) Meanwhile our nation is operating with an 18 trillion dollar debt on the books and around 200 trillion off the books (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Student loan ect) . And since we have been incurring around one trillion dollars a year in debt, foreign countries are bailing out of Treasury Bills, Notes and Bonds. Last month foreign countries cashed in on 56 Billion Dollars of U. S. Treasuries. Countries such as Japan, China, Belgium, Switzerland, France Germany, Mexico, The United Kingdom and even Israel. That means the Dollar will soon become a weak currency.
(See Website Home article" The Devaluation of the Dollar") www.cartwrightcartyc.com
Finally, some responsible citizens have taken the challenge of demanding change in the attitude, disregard, and disrespect Congress has demonstrated toward "ALL THE PEOPLE". They are not mumbling and grumbling, but showing their disapproval by marching in Washington and risking bodily harm, hurt, pain and arrest to exhibit and present their disapproval of Congress inaction in not addressing key democracy issues and public needs in making this country a better nation to live in.
These are a coalition of groups of people, spearheaded by the (Democracy Spring Campaign) and (Progressive Change Campaign Committee PCCC) consecrating their protest on the corrupt campaign finance system, state voter I D laws and the rigged state voting laws and demanding for Congress to "act now" and not wait.
They are pushing for legislative action on the passage of four voting bills to reduce the influence of money in politics. This is a loosely formed group which started a ten day protest in Philadelphia and marched 150 miles from Philadelphia to Washington to take their concern to where it matters most. Where the decisions are made. The movement is now attracting hundreds of campaign finance people to "sit in" around the Capitol building over the next week. It has grown to an expected number this weekend of 3,500 people from 33 states who believe in the cause. It is reported that over 400 people have been arrested.
That is a major start and it's time for us all to join in with different causes and purposes seeking the same goal. IT'S TIME TO ORGANIZE AND ACT. I again am calling on "We the People" from our communities, cities and states to go to Washington with your cause (for there are many) and demand to be heard. You also have a voice and it must be heard and acted upon. Other nations are waiting and they will replace this nation as a world power and leader if we are not willing to protect what our forefathers fought and died for. That is our freedom and we are slowly losing it. Are we to continue to be "DoNothingers"? I hope not.
Are You One Of The "Do Nothingers" (A Call for action Part 3)
To my Newspaper, Web Site Viewers, Bloggers and Face Book Friends:
I've addressed in the first two parts in this series of our need for participation, involvement and commitment to stop this slow avalanche of servitude and bondage that is rolling down upon us by our "Do Nothing Congress". If you are not experiencing it, I'm reminded of the ostrich who has her head buried in the sand and don't come up for air. She will soon perish.
And in addition to an inactive Congress, we soon could be governed by a casino owner, President who is said to be “a racist, a phony, a fraud" and has been defined by some as, "whose promises are as worthless as a degree from his fake University". And the worse thing about this travesty is that if he is elected as President, we are watching, complaining and objecting, but letting it happen.
During slavery days, our great grandparents experience similar situations, but they were in bondage and could do very little. However, now their great grand-kids, who are supposedly free with a bolsters voice, an energetic body and an educated mind, can do something to show disapproval against these acts of indifference, and racism through strategically organized protest, walk outs, marches, and carefully planned resistance, strikes, and demonstrations; all at ones disposal to prevent this huge mass of captivity from rolling down to consume us.
Over the years, I've learn that it's not good to complain or grumble about a problem if you don't have a plan of action to overcome it.
Well here goes!
"We the people" having experienced the many trials and tribulations of prejudice, racial profiling and racism have become a powerful force to withstand the many unjust atrocities. And through it all, we have formed a viable economic base of buying power to the insurmountable amount of over one trillion dollars. Yes, our population which is around 50 million (I dispute the 2014 census count of 45.7) has much financial ammunition that should have a voice in the affairs of this country. Now how do you demonstrate such power? Well since this nation was built on capitalism, why not use (or withhold) our capitalistic spending power and direct it to our choice to whom we will patronize. Especially to those who are benefiting from our spending power yet are holding us back as the result of their political influence. I'm speaking of those consumer goods and services companies who largely depend on us for their earning success or failure.
Wal-Mart is the largest private employer in this country with over 2 million workers. And behind that company is McDonald's, I B M, Kroger, The Home Depot, Target etc.
What if on Juneteenth (June 19) Emancipation Day or July 4th Independence Day, or other special days, Black America decided not to shop at any of the major food, clothing or other retail stores in protest of Congress lack of efforts to legislate or promote employment opportunities. Will that make a statement? And, what if you were to convince the Hispanic population (who are also victimized) of 55 million people to come join with us? Now you are really making a statement.
Now, what would be the purpose of such action? Well since Congress has been ignoring us over these last six years, why not let them know we have a voice and must be respected and heard from. Why don't we strategically choose certain days during the year and ignore their retail sales power and shop at minority-owned businesses. And with community organized plans of action, programs, and agendas, (similarly to Black Lives Matter) why not let such action spread throughout the U. S to truly make a point and demand for change.
Now this is just one idea of bringing to the attention of the 10 per centers how we can break their influence on Congress and give “we the people” some leverage of consideration to be acknowledged, recognized and a force to deal with. We all know that the major businesses we purchase goods and services from are owned and controlled by the 10 per centers. Do you realize that as we patronize them, we are also giving them the power to exploit ourselves; so what's wrong with hitting them where they are affected the most. Their pocket book! And since they will be contributing much to get their Republican buddies elected into office, which has led to our discourtesy, contempt, rudeness and disregard of us as a people, let's tell and show them that we have a voice also; and that our needs have been brushed aside far too long. To give you an idea of what they are doing with the money we give them for their goods and services and they in return give to the "do nothing" Representatives to do nothing but oppress us, just examine to amount of public contributions these companies reportedly gave in the past Presidential election".

The purpose of me stating these numbers is to make you aware that you "we the people" are contributing to our own pain, suffering, torment and painfulness. We are aiding those whose political philosophy is to keep us under subjection, serfhood, and serfdom. Is it not time for us to wake up and see the light because we've been shielded in the darkness far too long.
IT'S IN THE BALLOT
Another force of action is the ballot box. A total of 469 seats in the U.S. Congress (34 Senate seats and all 435 House seats) are up for election on November 8, 2016.
The big story of the 2016 congressional election cycle is whether or not the Democrats can pick up six seats in the Senate, in order to take control of it; a difficult but not impossible task. The majority of vulnerable seats are held by Republican incumbents, many of whom are freshmen who were swept into office in the Republican tea party wave of 2010. Additionally, Democrats only have 10 seats to defend in 2016, while 24 Republican incumbents are up for re-election. If the tea party can unscrupulously gerrymander congressional districts during President Obama's first two years in office to control both houses of Congress, we can plan and strategically openly devour them at the ballot box.
The Republican Party currently has the majority in the U.S. House. Republicans hold 247 seats compared to Democrats' 188 seats. The Republican Party increased its hold on the House in the 2014 midterms when it picked up 15 seats while only losing two. In order to gain control of the House, Democrats would need to gain 30 seats in 2016 Yes there is a strategy plan for action. (More on that in later editions)
Now for another matter that greatly concerns me. I was very disappointed with the agenda and activities which took place at last year's 45th annual Legislative Congressional Black Caucus. It was another country club celebration for Black leaders from different civic and social organizations; a social function by Black representatives from the many corporate businesses to celebrate and socialize with their friends and associates. Many corporations sponsored these social activities that thrive off the trillions of dollars the black community spend in the purchase of their goods and services. They send their token Blacks to entertain and present a positive image in the act of providing approval and support for their company; a carry-over from slavery as with the house nig---er doing service for the slave master to the detriment and at the expense of the field nig---er. Unfortunately, our major civil rights organizations are now dependent upon the donation and contributions of such major corporations to maintain the standards for their livelihood and existence. This is the game plan that has corrupted our National Civil Rights Organizations.
Just think, they were celebrating when we as a race of people are suffering because the one per centers are continuing to implement policies through their representatives to keep the nig---ers in order. Rather than the Black Caucus providing a program to address the plight of minorities through advance planned confrontation and demonstrations against the lack of actions by Congressional and Senate representatives, (which should have led to the halls of Congress) we were there complaining about how badly we're being treated, attending parties, having fun and continuing to be gullible to the wishes of our slave masters.(the ten per centers (see article " It's time for Men of Color to take a stand" on website www.cartwrightcartyc.com)
So what chain of action must we take to demand respect and change of direction? Where do "we the people" go for a course of action and engagement? Why not the most segregated meeting place most of us congregate in on Sundays! The Church! I didn't say the Pastors leadership, for they are too comfortable. I said the church as a collective unit. It's the Christians in the church that must move the church to go forth with action. Nowhere in the bible have you read that a civil rights organization spearheaded a movement for change. But the many different movements in the Bible came from the body of Christ, "we the people". And if you don't move for action, then who! Is it not time for the church to become vocal and speak out rather than continual soundlessness. Haven't you been silent far too long and permitted much vice, frailty, and evilness to become legal in this nation without even an objection-able voice of concern. The movement starts in the community church directed to your Congressional representative and spreads to the City, State and Congress.
Each city has different needs of necessity for the good and betterment of their communities. Flint Michigan has different ESSENTIAL needs from other cities and it's those issues that you, the church, and your community representatives must address. That's a beginning! And from there goes movements for respect and change throughout this nation. IT'S NOT ONE LEADER, but an array of progressive men and women from many communities that are moving forward with well- planned structured incentive schemes and playbook strategies to bring about the demand for respect and change.
The Body of Christ is the pivot and it's not a question of size or structure of the church. It starts with a group of people with a sincere and determined desire to gain respect and better the living condition and standards of us as a people. It's a yearning and hungriness with action for change from "Do Nothingers to "Do Somethingers”. (Changing Senate next week)
Are We Also Do Nothingers? (This is part two of a six-part series)
I thank those of you who have responded so favorably to my comments on my website www.cartwrigtcartyc.com and the Livefyre blog on the "Do nothingers". This week I must address the “do nothingers" to the real facts of the plight of “we the people" in the state of economic chaos we are in today.
Well, you've heard the echo and cry from the Republican Presidential candidates of how terrible economically our country is as it relates to our debt fiscal crisis. And they are right because they have purposely prevented any legislation to come forth from Congress in the creation of any jobs over the past six years. If our representatives will not work with the private sector to create jobs, what do you expect to happen? And our President has proposed a number of job legislation bills, but they have fallen on death action from our Republicans who control and chair the committees who handle such. So they have purposely pushed us into this state of economic chaos and have forced our economic climate to this state of havoc, which is beginning to reveal itself during this first quarter of the year.
It's no wonder that Trump and Sanders are getting so much attention and votes. The voters are sick of business as usual: usual meaning the loss of millions of jobs, low wages, skyrocketing health care and a bunch of childish politicians in Washington that have sold out to anyone with lots of money and an attitude of my way or the highway. With 6.5 million jobs lost to those of emerging nations with what used to be American middle class jobs, we are truly in a state of flux. Our exports were down 7 percent on a year-over-year basis in December. Our factory orders have fallen row. The Restaurant Performance Index has dropped to the lowest level that we have seen since 2008.
And if there is anything that should bring us to concern, anxiety or fear, it should be our ability to earn a salary to support ourselves and family. But with over 40 million Americans out of work, with over fifty million people on food stamps and given that more than half of Americans have less than a thousand dollars in savings, we have problems. The official unemployment rate of 5.6 percent is a big lie. It cruelly overlooks the long-term and permanently unemployed as well as the depressingly underemployed. However, it includes those working one hour per week paid $ 20.00 as employed. How stupid and sad. Those numbers amount to a Big Lie and is duping, misleading, befooling and deceiving the American public. Sadly with a population of a little over 300 million people, we have around one-third combined who are unemployed and or on food assistance.
To give you an idea of really what is happening; retail store closing, firing and downsizing are beginning to be an accepted occurrence. All over America, retail stores are shutting down at a stunning pace. And if people can't work, unemployment goes up, people spend less money, retail sells suffer and stores go out of business. Wal-Mart is closing 269 stores, including 154 inside the United States. K-Mart is closing down more than two dozen stores over the next several months. J.C. Penney will be permanently shutting down 47 more stores after closing a total of 40 stores in 2015. Macy's has decided that it needs to shutter 36 stores and lay off approximately 2,500 employees. The Gap is in the process of closing 175 stores Aeropostale is in the process of closing 84 stores Finish Line has announced that 150 stores will be shutting down over the next few years. Sears has shut down about 600 stores over the past year or so, but sales at the stores that remain open continue to fall precipitously. Radio Shack and Circuit City have already gone out of business and many others are merging or consolidating.
It is being reported that 35 percent of all oil and gas companies around the world are at risk of falling into bankruptcy. During last year 67 oil and gas companies in the United States filed for bankruptcy and approximately 130,000 well-paying energy jobs were lost, And the number of job cuts in the United States skyrocketed 218 percent during the month of January.
Yes, this is the real picture of what's happening in America to "we the people". Now, what are we going to do about it? We know that the ten per centers own the nucleus of the business and they will continue to live a prosperous life, however, what about "we the people"? Are we going to let this servitude practice and mentality continue to prevail in our thinking and doing? Are we going to continue to look to our minority civic representatives and politicians for non-leadership and direction? Or are we going to get off our rear ends and put a stop to this pathway to thralldom and bondage before it’s too late?
What amazes me is the lack of interest or concern there seems to be shown by our involvement and action in what's happening now. If you “know your enemy and know yourself, do you need not fear the results and prepare for battle. I'm not talking about what you may do in the fall or next year because then it will be too late.
I'm reminded of what the ten per centers did after our first Black President was elected. They immediately began to successfully mobilize conservative representation in the different state houses to gerrymander these states to ensure majority Congressional Republican representation in Congress. And they were successful in the following Congressional election. In the last election, they spent a fortune flooding the airwaves with misleading information through the media, which they own and gained a majority in the Senate.
So while many of us were on Face-book and Twitter celebrating our first Black President, they quietly took control of both the House and Senate which prevented the leader of our country from being productive in his job because there were little laws from Congress to come before him to execute and implement. And while this has been going on, what have we been doing? Twittering and Face-booking.
Last week the Face book staff put my daughter's picture and mine on my Face book page since it was her birthday. To my surprise, I received over fifty comments on that placement. And it was just our picture together. I said to myself, Face book certainly knows how to market their services. I say that because earlier that week I wrote an article on my website (the do nothingers) which later was put on my Face book page and I received maybe three comments.
Is that where our priories are? Pictures and gossip to move one to respond and act. It seems we don't want to read information, which brings forth revealing "stop the press and hard news" to move for change. The type of news that sometimes is revealing, disheartening, daunting, intimidating and un-encouraging. Even if it is to mutate and sway us for change to do good and right for ourselves. And if that is what's happening, I'm afraid we are heading to thralldom and villainage.
There are many who say they need a leader to lead them like, Martin Luther King. But do you really? If you see yourself being led into an abyss of poorness, poverty and impoverishment, which is leading into destruction, decimation, devastation, ruination and ultimate obliteration, annihilation, and extermination of we as a people, are you going to wait for a leader to save you and family? No, you don't wait. You take immediate action for survival, life, and living to change the course of direction. It seems the Republicans are doing it with one who has been label a racist and con artist as their choice for the next President of the United States. (More on that later.)
There's an epidemic of political and economic instability, unsuitableness and disequilibrium in our nation. All you have to do is look at the headlines and realize that the only hope for our country is Almighty God. It is imperative that we remember to pray for all 'those in authority' as God has commanded in His Word (1 Tim. 2:1-3). And it is also important to help ourselves to make a better people for a better nation. We must not continue to be "do nothingers". (A call to action next)
Are We Also "Do-Nothingers"? (This is part one of a six part series)
During the past year, I 've written on my website and Blog, (www.cartwrightcartyc.com) of the disrespect, rudeness, insolence and discourtesy we as a people were receiving from our Republican representatives in Congress. I labored them as the "do nothingers". Simply because their job was to embarrass our President and bring interference, obstruction, hindrance and preventiveness in the process of representing their constituency rather than passing laws to improve the standard of living for the American people.
These conservative, tea party, one to ten percent representers, have been very successful over these past six years in accomplishing their goal; so much so that they have driven this nation into a recession. Oh as quiet as it's kept, we are in a recession. (more on that in later writings) And now I'm asking those of you "are you also going to be "do nothingers"? Since over twenty percent of our Black population are unemployed ( fifty percent for our youth and young adults) and over seventy percent of those incarcerated are minorities working as slaves for corporate built and run prisons. Are we going to continue to be naught, zip, nil of this justice system plan of injustice and atrocities. These corporations are making millions of dollars profit for their shareholders, since they are using prisoners (slaves) as part of their work staff. It is estimated that about 2.5 million people are incarcerated in the U S with about 75% being minorities. You do the numbers.
It has been stated that black males are being killed as an organized plan by covert racist groups to help reduce the population of blacks ( 20%) to prevent the minority from ultimately becoming the majority. (such minority majority is already operating in our grammar school system) And now they are beginning to kill our young black women. Young black men are nine times more likely than other Americans to be killed by police officers and in 2015, a final tally of 1,134 deaths was recorded (we know it was probably double that amount) at the hands of law enforcement officers.
By international data, the U S police force kills more in days than other countries do in years. To give you an example, in the countries of England and Wales, there have been 55 fatal police shootings in the last 24 years; whereas, here in the U S there were 59 fatal police shootings in the first 24 days of 2015.
It is shameful for us as a race of people to observe that Donald Trump can raise the awareness of the discontentment of the Republicans in advocating that their party has done nothing to better the conditions of Americans. And then rise to the forefront of being the leader for the nomination of President representing the Republican party. It makes us look pitiful and incompetent.
I say that because "we as a people" have suffered the most under their actions of disrespect, rudeness, ridicule, contempt, vilification, disparagement and derogation. This may upset some of you but, if it takes a reality showman and real estate developer (who has been rumored as racist toward Blacks, Mexicans and Muslims and a Con Artist) to arouse republicans of the inequalities of action in Congress, which is harming this nation; we as a people have been sleeping; especially since we have suffered the more. So we are letting the slave master come to our rescue because we're too complacent to do it ourselves.
We know there are many disparities between minorities and white Americans, with the labor, economic, education, health and the justice system . Much has to do with structured racism resulting in lower wealth, lower health, lower education with poorer built and equipped schools and less qualified teachers and lower opportunities to increase one's standard of living levels. Add to that young adult and youth dealings with the police and justice system creates a perfect storm that leaves "we as a people" the right to be upset with rage to vote and structurally protest.
Now are we going to continue to accept these inequalities as a norm in society or are we finally going to raise our voice with action both at the ballot box and with carefully organized protest throughout each neighborhood, city, state and Congress? Or are we going to just procrastinate and complain as they are in Congress? And continue being "Do-Nothingers". (more next week)
IT'S TIME FOR WE MEN OF COLOR TO TAKE AND MAKE A STAND !

This article was taken from the October 6th issue of Charism Magazine. The article was to express negativism toward Minister Farrakhan however I LOOK UPON IT AS INFORMATIONAL AND POSITIVE. Although I am not in agreement with all of the Ministers statements or concepts, much of that he speaks of I personal feel is true and we as Black men must acknowledge and at some point and time stand up and be MEN. The leaders of the many Social and Civil Rights organizations have succumb to greed and at present there is little to no real representation for PEOPLE OF COLOR. But it's not about them, it's about us.
We as men in our own way can do and advocate something to ignite change. MARCHES ONLY BRINGS ABOUT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF A PROBLEM IF NO SOLUTION--- BUT AFFECTING ONE'S POCKET BOOK BRINGS CHANGE. We are 50 million strong with over one trillion dollars spending power here in the U S. That's the only power the families, one per centers, ten per centers, tea party ers and power structure recognize.
IT'S TIME TO MAKE KNOWN AND USE OF SUCH POWER! WE CANNOT CONTINUE WITH BUSINESS AS USUAL WHEN:
(1) OUR YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN ARE PURPOSEFULLY BEING MURDERED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT,
(2) RACIALLY PROFILED AND ARRESTED ON THE STREETS,
(3) BEING USED AS SLAVES IN CORPORATE BUILD JAILS AND PRISONS FOR CORPORATE PROFIT,
(4) TERMINATION OF JOBS AS THE RESULT OF OUTSOURCING,
(5) CONGRESSIONAL IGNORANCE OF SOCIAL PROGRAMS FOR THE POOR AND NEEDY,
(6) LACK OF JOBS DUE TO ABSENCE OF CONGRESSIONAL ACTIVITY, (TRANSPORTATION & HIGHWAY BILL)
(7) LITTLE TO NO VETERANS BENEFITS, WHICH RESULTS INTO SKID ROE HOMELESSNESS
(8) EQUAL PAY FOR EQUAL WORK (BOTH MEN AND WOMEN)
(9) MINIMUM WAGES INCREASE AND SOCIAL BILLS LEGISLATION
(10) GERRYMANDERED CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICTS AND VOTER RIGHTS
YES, THERE IS MUCH WORK THAT MUST BE DONE TO BRING SOME STABILITY, EQUALITY, MOBILITY, VIABILITY AND VISIBILITY TO A NATION WHO IS GOING BERSERK, BANKRUPT AND BELLIGERENT. WE ARE MANY IN STRENGTH AND MUST FIRST TURN OUR ATTENTION TO OUR OWN YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN WHO HAVE BEEN INDOCTRINATED IN THE WICKED VICES OF SOCIETY, WHICH HAS MADE AND IS MAKING THE POWER STRUCTURE WEALTHY. IF WE WANT TO BRING CHANGE, LET'S START WITH US.
YES LET'S MARCH, WE NEED MEN AND WOMEN FROM SOCIAL AND CIVIL RIGHTS ORGANIZATIONS, THE COMMUNITY AND ABOVE ALL THE MEMBERS OF CHURCHES TO MARCH. TO BE HONEST WITH YOU, WE NEED THE MINISTERS OF THESE CHURCHES TO ORGANIZE AND LEAD THESE MARCHES. LET'S MARCH IN OUR RESIDENTIAL AREA, AND SAY TO THE DOPE PUSHERS, THE PIMPS, THE PROSTITUTES, THE GANGS, THE ABSENTEE FATHERS AND THE MURDERERS THAT IT'S TIME FOR A CHANGE. LET'S SAY THAT WE'VE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS FREEDOM OF VICES AND IT'S TIME TO STOP.
LET'S SET AN EXAMPLE TO OUR YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN AND DEMONSTRATE IN OUR COMMUNITIES THAT WE ARE MAD AS HELL WHAT IS HAPPENING TO US WITH THE DIFFERENT VICES IN OUR TERRITORIAL DOMINION AND WE'RE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE. LET US START IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD AND LET IT THEN SPREAD TO THE CITIES, STATE CAPITALS AND TO THE WHITE HOUSE. NOW THAT'S HAVING A RESULT ORIGIN PLAN WITH STRUCTURED RESULTS. THINK ABOUT IT MEN. IF THERE IS EVER A TIME TO STAND UP AND SHOW STRENGTH, IT'S IN THESE TIMES. AND IF IN THE PRESENT, WHY NOT NOW. IT'S YOUR COMMUNITY, YOUR CITY AND OUR NATION. LETS BE HEARD AND SEEN, BUT ABOVE ALL LET'S SHOW RESULTS.

45TH ANNUAL CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS ( RATHER THAN SHAME AND BLAME ARE WE BEING PROFANED?)
What purpose at the BLACK CAUCUS are they celebrating? RATHER THAN SHAME AND BLAME ARE WE BEING PROFANED? Rather than having an agenda of shaming Congress for their lack of respect, disparagement, derogation, insult and impertience, those there today are whooping it up, partying and jubilating in a city whose Congress Representatives are insuring, securing, assuring and foredooming the slow demise of the working and middle class and servitude of the Black and Brown Americans.
Rather than blaming ourselves in permitting our social, political and economic condition get to this stage, we are having meetings discussing, fussing and cussing rather than having plans in place for direct action; marches, demonstrations, strikes, walk outs and boycotts throughout the many U S cities with and through the guidance and directions of the many Back leaders at the Caucus.
In the meanwhile these leaders should be in the halls of Congress uprising, dissenting, resisting, opposing, rebelling and demonstrating showing all Americans that the people they represent are not stupid and know what's going on in the curtailment of our human rights. It should be imprinted in the forehead of all Congress persons that we will not continue to let the one percenters direct the ten percenters to control the mind of the racist few to run this country into a nation dominated, maneuvered and monpolized by the conservative few who today own or control the news media, financial institutions and major Corporate businesses.
It's time for Black and Brown Americans to not just speak out, but act out and let all know we've been ignored, negelected, unnoticed and unheeded too long. Now is the time while all leaders of the many civil, women, social and human rights organizations are there in Washington to do something positive, constructive, formative, creative, structural, properly and orderly while celebrating the 45TH LEGISLATIVE BLACK CONGRESSIONAL CAUCUS.
And if not, my question to you readers of Face book, Blogs, Newpapers, Linkedin, Twetter and website owners, ARE YOU GOING TO PERMIT THIS UNDER OR MISREPRESENTATION CONTINUE OR ARE YOU GOING TO ACT OUT AND GET RESPONSIBLE LEADERS TO REPRESENT YOU BOTH IN AND OUT OF CONGRESS? The reliableness, responsibleness, trustiness, dependability and answerableness of those leaders are in your hands. WHAT WILL IT BE? (This will be my last comment on this subject matter)
LET'S GO TO: 45TH ANNUAL CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS (continued) Sept. 12th
There have been around 364 questionable deaths here in the U. S. of black men and women at the hands of the police force since August of last year. This week through a ruling of a federal Judge there is a question of Obamacare being dismantled. Billions of dollars have been taken out of the hands of Black Americans due to Congress not passing Senator Sanders Infrastructure 478 billion dollar Bill introduced in the Senate which has been floating around Congress since 2011.Every day a black person is illegally arrested to fill a corporate built jail or prison who operate these institutions for profit. Millions of Americans have suffered and some died as the result of Southern and other Republican Govern states not approving the Affordable Care Heath Act. Many qualified people of color cannot enter college because of cost, and many of our youth are not being properly educated because of lack of educational equipment and facilities.
Over these past years the Republican Party has taken the stance of destroying the Unions, taking away employee benefits from jobs, killing Pensions, cutting Food Stamps and eliminating programs that help the poor such as stopping unemployment benefits. People of color are being harassed, hassled, molested, provoked, racially profiled and often killed for mistaken identity, fear and just straight out racial hatred on and off the streets. Too many veterans are not receiving health care, food to eat or housing to live in. They have slashed funding for schools and one of the worst acts, making it impossible for most students to afford college. Must I go on as I'm sure you have other items you can add to the list of the many nonchalance, unconcern and indifference we as a people have experienced from Congress. And what are we doing, complaining, fretting, fussing, whining, niggling, quetching and kvetching. Yes, but what change does that bring? As we go through our shenanigans, slowly our nations working and middle class are diminishing into a poverty class.
So with the many social, economic and job programs being cut by the Republicans and the numerous bills left pending in the Congressional House, (no action) such effect is gradually being realized and equally felt that there is need for a major response and change from all who are affected. WHAT BETTER TIME TO SHOW SOME BACKBONE, GRIT, MOXIE AND GUMPTION THAN AT NEXT WEEKS BLACK CAUCUS?
We have all these civil rights organizations, women's rights groups, social media groups and human rights groups that are experiencing these atrocity acts, but what are they doing to represent their membership group? Next week these groups should be in every Congress person office demanding to see them and on the streets of Washington expressing our displeasure of the actions of this "do nothing Congress. And such plans of strategy should have been planned for implementation during the year.
There are 1,645 billionaires globally as of March 2014, up from 793 in March 2009. The world's richest 85 people saw their wealth jump by a further $668 million per day collectively between 2013 and 2014, which equates to half a million dollars a minute. The world's 85 richest people's collective wealth is equal to that of the poorest half of the world's population. Far from being a driver of economic growth, extreme inequality is a barrier to prosperity for most people in this country due to greed and selfishness. These last six years have proved that the growing inequality between rich and poor hinders growth, corrupts politics, stifles opportunity and fuels instability while deepening discrimination.
And next week you are going to Washington to celebrate 45 years of the existence of a Black Caucus in Congress. Can we as a Black race see the signs of the times as Americans who are losing our rights, our economic freedom, our direction in life and our focus of who we are as a people. And all you want to do is have meetings, attend major corporate sponsor social functions, party during the day and night getting high on drugs and alcohol and fill your stomach with rich food to give you a sense of freedom. The ways of this nation has blind our eyes so we cannot see, made our ears deaf so we cannot hear and deceived our heart whereas we do not understand. When all the while we are slowly evolving into a state of servitude. How Sad! (please see earlier comments)
LET'S GO TO: 45TH ANNUAL LEGISLATIVE CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS- - FOR OUR YOUTH (continued)
Wed. Sept. 9, 2015
This week our "do nothing Congress" is back in session with nothing on their agenda for the growth and progressiveness of our nation but to decelerate, slow down and slow up our country into a greater recession. That's what the Republican Party plan to do to keep our nation running in a retard manner. And next week the 45th Congressional Black Caucus convenes and I'm afraid their agenda is worse as it is to party, celebrate and fete on something no Black American has any reason to be joyful over. Oh there will be meeting over problems we as a Black race are and have been confronting for years, but all their agenda calls for is just another annual meeting with some articulated orator to speak on them. How long, how long must we adults continue to operate with no backbone or fortitude and continue to take on that odium of "business as usual" approach, with nothing accomplished.
And it's not just about us. I'm talking about our future generation who are observing we as adults and our indifference to what's happening . Our sons and daughters who are struggling for identity, self hood, reputability, and looking for Black leaders to adhere to ethical and moral principles. They are not looking for our leaders to be regimented to slavery mentality once experienced by our great, great grand parents. They are looking to the Black leaders to display integrity, steadfastness, dignity and proudness. They are looking to us adults for better housing, better built and equipped schools, better educational programs in their neighborhoods to excel in their intelligence and abilities and better opportunities for after school training and jobs. Our teenage boys and girls need more recreational facilities in their communities to spend their time doing constructive educational programs rather than running the streets with gangs with their pants hanging off their butts.
Yes, there is a great need for us adults to speak out to all in Congress. But as these group of leaders meet in Washington with this slave mentality behavior executed on them by racism policies right there in Congress, what are they doing next week in Washington, partying and celebrating while our sons and daughters are being murdered on the streets and in police stations. . This year as in other years it is the greatest of opportunity for those attending the Black Caucus to truly speak out in the halls of Congress and show out on the streets of Washington our disapproval of what is being legislated against us. And stop being brain washed into thinking "everything is beautiful".
We are a proud people and through the sweat and toil of our past Black leaders, we have given this nation much of which to be proud. They are the ones who paved the way through their sacrifice and the giving of their life for the many of us to seek and attain opportunities many never dreamt could happen with us as a people. Yet they kept the faith because they wanted us to do and become greater in life than they . And what are we doing with such sacrifice, squandering it away waiting on some great white hope to save us. How sad!
We have lost the vigor to carry the banner of pride, reasonable and ordinate self-esteem, self-respect and personal worth, which were once instill into us. And we are letting the millionaire sponsored Republican conservative few, keep us in proverty, destroy the middle class, prevent job creation in infurstructure and highway jobs and address the income and weath inequality. Why can't we put a stop to profit prisons, insider-trading politicians and voter suppression. But with the passiveness of this 45th Congressional Black Caucus, it seem they are satisfied to let those slave master tendencies gradually creep into the governing bodies as our way of life for the future. Are we not better than this? (to be continued)
LET'S GO TO: 45TH ANNUAL LEGISLATIVE CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS- - FOR OUR YOUTH
Many may wonder why a senior citizen would embark on this journey. Especially since my battle was in the 70's and 80's while on Wall Street. Well because I have experienced what many of you, youth and young adults are beginning to experience. There was a group of us Graduate and M. B. A. University students who entered into the business and Financial world and headed to Wall Street. Seeking that American dream having endured the trauma of an education with much strife, discord and prejudice. Having some idea of the discriminatory and abusive behavior we would encounter, but having no idea of the hidden crafty, cunning, dodgy, foxy, guileful, slick, sly behavior we would experience. But most obnoxious was the way we were dismissed, disregarded, brushed aside, discounted and push aside in our pursuance of equal opportunities in the industry. It is those factors which propelled me into this cause, because It brought back memories and the retention of those days over forty years ago.
Over the past six years that's how the Republican Party has looked upon most Americans and specifly we Blacks. That's especially true for our President. My question is, are we going to tolerate that same behavior over this next year, which could gravitate into further years? Are we going to let those slave master tendencies gradually creep into our governing bodies and continue as our way of life?
Our Wall Street group withstood such attitude and mastered our trade with much success and longevity. We didn't tolerate it and didn't back down because it was made perfectly clear that we as a people were contributors to their bottom line. ( profits-pension funds) And now after over forty years to observe the absence of protest with what's happening in Congress with apathy, indifference, numbness, spiritlessness from us, we as a people must speak out. We must not be silent any longer.
Let's Go To Washington and set some fire in the mind of those "do nothing representatives" who are suppose to symbolize, stand for and represent us. (to be continued) BLACK CAUCUS Sept. 16th-19th

A CALL FOR ACTION
A Call For Action--To a "Do Nothing"Congress! "BlackLivesMatter"
LET'S GO TO WASHINGTON 45TH ANNUAL LEGISLATIVE CONFERENCE CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS Sept. 16th-19th
Dear Friends, Over the past several months I've been silent as the result of a publishers deadline on a book " I Believe" which is now in bookstores. As you know, earlier this year due to the inhumane disrespect we've received from Congress, I embarked on a movement for "we the people" to Protest in Washington during the 45th annual Congressional Black Caucus. As the result of marches that have taken place over the past months, the Selma march and the Marches on Washington and other cities against police shootings of Black men and women, there is need for "we the people" to make and take a major stance for a massive protest with much strategic structured action during this Black Caucus conference period. I felt that rather than celebrating with many social gatherings and conferences by the many civil rights and social organizations, why not structure programs and implement a call for Congressional policy changes for "we the people" through "demonstrative actions for change" at the caucus WITH CONGRESS. Let's make those plans in advance of the conference. Why not each civil rights and or social concern organization structure a protest program with their group independent of other groups. Why plan on a major protest as in the past with many people but, very little results.
We have many leaders, but very little Black leadership today and it is time for the many disenfranchised, the voiceless, voteless and deprived voices to be heard. No one can speak of the needs of all, but many can speak the needs of the many. "Social change" groups have time to participate as you have over a month to plan and prepare. And you don't need a long range planning period because we all know the many needs, which have gone lacking for so long to be addressed. We have hundreds of organizations with different wants and needs who could have strategies that can go forth with their plans of action. And those in Congress and officials in Washington cannot prepare for what is planned as they won't know because of the many different demonstrative actions. In addition to a call against police senseless killings of Black men and women, their should be actions from the HBCU students, a call for reduction of tuition bills and cost, action from the planned parenthood group, those in the south who can't get health care programs, the veterans, the homeless, the immigrants, the right to vote advocates, minimum wage rights advocates, the unemployed and you can add to this list. ( To be continued)
Aug. 12, 2015
"Let's Go To Washington" (Black Caucus) Is there strategy in going there for your Protest?
(And if no strategy or protest why are you going?)
Are these police killings of Black men and women a plan attack on us minorities or has this been going on for decades and as the result of the I phones and social media we're just discovering it? I don't know, but one fact is certain and that is it has got to stop. We as a race of people are being disproportionately killed in cold blood by the police. A total of 111 people were killed by the police in the U S in March as compared to only 52 people having been killed in the United Kingdom since 1900 by the police. The fact that our police department has killed twice as many people last month as police have killed in the modern history of the United Kingdom is derisory, absurd, ludicrous, nonsensical and ridiculous. That’s an average of more than three people killed each day in March by police in America.
Minister Farrakhan is asking for ten million men who are willing to risk their lives and put an end to it. The point is he is saying it has to stop and he has a plan (not publicly stated) to put an end to it. That's one organized organization who has a plan. What about these other civil, human and social rights organizations? What are you doing? Will your organization be implementing your action plan at the Black Caucus this September? And I'm not talking about having meeting to talk about it for you've had eight months to do that. We have all these movement groups that are organized for the social good who also are affected by these police tacits. They must began to not just speak out against these atrocities but also have a plan of action to do something about them. And the answer it not just to March as we've seen the effect of that action earlier this year.
We have brilliant minds in these groups and I don't expect all groups to think alike as you all have different agendas. You also have strategic plans to attain your objectives. WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU PUTTING YOUR WORDS OF CONCERN INTO ACTION AT THE BLACK CAUCUS CONFERENCE THIS SEPTEMBER? What is the purpose of your concern if you have no plan of action to bring about a change? You collect money for your organization to help fund your causes and for what if you have no plan of action to stop this number one police crime against blacks.
More Blacks are killed in the U S in one week than the whole of Europe in one year. More blacks are in prisons on trumped up miscellaneous crime charges working for corporations at slave labor wages than ever before in the history of America. Soon corporations will have no need to outsource to other countries because they will have a built in prison labor force in the U. S. to work for them free. And what are we social concerned individuals and civic organizations doing? Sitting around whining and complaining. We don't need one national leader like Minister Farrakhan to lead and speak for all, "But we do need many leaders from many organizations from all over the U S who have their own plans to meet this September and implement their strategic plans of action" to bring change to the many inequalities we blacks have been subjected to and especially these last six years. LET'S GO TO WASHINGTON! "Yes for Us" (Part one)
I recently received an inquiry from a blogger who ask what was the purpose of this movement to Washington. It bothered me why she didn't know. There are three reasons I am suggesting our visit to Washington is necessary. First of course is for our children as was explained last week. Now the second reason is "for ourselves".
We are the fourth and fifth generation of freedom survivals from slavery. We didn't ask to come here, but were kidnapped and beaten into those ships and hauled away to satisfy the plantation owners hunger and thirst for free labor of their goods and services. And it was the Frederick Douglass, the Harriet Tubman's, the Booker T Washington's, W. E. B. Du Bois and many others who instilled in our great, great grand parents spirit and mind that we could overcome all the brain washed mentality and physical abuse and yet become a productive dignified people.
They risked their lives to instill in us today the mania, passion and cacoethes to push our abilities to the utmost heights in becoming a proud people. And right behind them came such notable activist as Thurgood Marshall, A Phillip Randolph, Bayard Rustin and others who carried the struggle further and moved leaders as Rosa Parks, Malcom X and our dream King, Martin Luther amongsts others who died in promoting the cause. And you want to know the purpose after suffering the humiliation we have suffered these last four years from a group of billionaire partisan zealots who want to take back the many gains we've made?
From that movement many Black's gained mayoral positions in major cities as New York (Dinkins) Los Angeles (Bradley) Chicago ( Washington) and Cleveland (Stokes) among many other Congressional, State and City wide political positions . And one of the most important reasons we must go is because we have living legends today who were willing to sacrifice their lives, (John Lewis, Andrew Young, Angela Davis, Jessie Jackson among others) for our rights of opportunity, which many of us today have succeeded in capitalizing and attaining some evidence of the dream. They are observing and probably feel very disappointed in our lack of leadership action with what has taken place in Congress these last few years. Realizing the price they paid and now watch as we permit those sacrificed gains to gradually slip away. We are a better people than that, we are a stronger people than that and we are a more resilient people than that.
Are these conservative Billionaire zealots actions going to be ignored because there is a Black man in the White House? Could it be they are frighten because the business financial cooperates which they control, may be threaten and they lose control of their club house financial inter cooperative system? If so how interesting. What we should have learn is that we have the numbers and financial strength to compete with the conservative zealots, but we are not organized and structured to do so. And as a result, we have lost some ground in our pursuance to protect what we have and to seek more opportunities for further gains in the future.
One of the best avenues to attain that is what Minister Louis Farrakhan has been advocating for years. It is the Black economic purchasing and marketing base that is in our possession, which is not being promoted properly to demonstrate our political and buying power. We must come together as an economic force to ensure that gains made are gains saved and spent wisely. We must concentrate on our power base and come together as a "group and people" with a cause to unite and demonstrate through our economic base that we are a force and factor to be reckon with. And that's the power base that must be there to inform Congress, we will not be ignored these next two years.
Over these last four years we've been treated worse than step children and there must be a statement made that we will not be "take no notice of", "turn a blind eye to", "turn a deaf ear to" or "turn one's back to". We are to be recognized as a people who have many issues confronting us. And now is the time to address them to Congress. Now is the time for an increase in the minimum wage. Now is the time for equal pay in equal work for women. Now is the time for unemployment benefits restored. Now is the time for the immigration bill issues resolved in a manner where minority employment or future employment isn't affected. We need a student loans bill interest adjustment and a revised program whereas, the payment period isn't so rigid and above all we need jobs.
Those are but a few of the bills that the House Republicans chose to ignore over the past few years. We have paid their salary during those years and they have done little to nothing except hinder the progress of our nation I personally feel that we should start a movement to take back their yearly salary of the last four years.
Those are surface reasons why we should plan for a trip to Washington however, there are more serious fundamental reasons, which affects our viability and stability in this everchanging nation.
To be continued (Part one)
(continuation of comment) (Part two) LET'S GO TO WASHINGTON! "Yes for Us"
One of the most critical issues we should be in uproar about is the Supreme Court upholding political contribution and voter right laws for Super Pac's, which now gives heavy contributors (our millionaires and billionaires) special favors in laws to benefit themselves or their special interest. This is specially so since most of our Congress members spend more time with Lobbyist each day raising monies for their reelection or retirement than in the halls of the Legislature.
I'm afraid the dollar and greed has corrupted our political system to a point of no return. I don't want to be doom and gloom here, but honestly things are looking bleak and nothing will change until the American people as a whole wake up from a dream, revolt against the "do nothingers", and change our political system as a whole. And we the complaisance adults are letting these conservative capitalist motives and programs take effect because we are ignoring the obvious and letting it creep through the crept hole.
Another factor is the point that many millionaire Republicans own most of the news media, which permits the conservative news ideology to monopolize the mind and spirit of the masses. That unfortunately also includes many minorities. We unfortunately are being mesmerize into slumber land by following the masses.
Adolf Hitler the Austrian born German politician and leader of the Nazi Party proved that if you say something often and long enough, the masses will soon believe it and follow you. (how sad) Under Hitler's leadership and racially motivated ideology, the regime was responsible for the genocide of at least 5.5 million Jews, and millions of other victims whom he and his followers deemed racially inferior.
I'm not saying such upheaval could or would happen in this nation however, do we do not want to "take a chance on that" as they are destroying the Unions, taking away benefits from jobs, killing Pensions, cutting Food Stamps, eliminating programs that help the poor, no unemployment benefits, slashing funding for schools and one of the worst acts, making it impossible for students to afford college.
So with the many social, economic and job programs being cut by the Republicans and the numerous bills left pending in the Congressional House, (no action) such effect is gradually being realized and equally felt that there is need for a major response from all who are affected. And time is of essence. If there is not a movement for a fundamental change by us in Congress now, what rights will we have during and after the next two years.
We whose great- grandparents have come through the ordeals of slavery, whose grandparents have overcome the barbarous, heinous treatment of the scalawags and carpetbaggers and our parents who have overcome and withstood the shockingly cruel and inhumane atrocities of racial organizations as the Ku Klax Klan, cannot let Congress ignore us anymore. We are a strong people who have overcome much adversity.
Yes we have a Black man in the White House, but we must stand on our own merit and pursue the continuing forward movement of fair rights for fair sites. Our forefathers through the effort, exertion and travail of their mind and strength and sacrifice of their body gave their lives to help make this country strong and viable. We should be a secure, unattackable, proud, determined people because of our contribution in making America, Americans.
You cannot let a few tea party conservative billionaire republicans undo all that we have built both mentally about ourselves and physically through the sweat and toil of our labor. We are an impregnable, inviolable, unassailable people and have overcome much adversity. And should never accept indifference as a mode of our present day existence. There are more obstacles we must overcome, but apathy should never interfere with our determination for a better life.
Let's again get motivated and not let all gains become tossed and lost from our children. Let's make our living civil rights legends proud of what we are doing today, which gives credit and credence to their legacy for tomorrow. We must do this for ourselves. LET THE DREAM CONTINUE TO GROW. AND KEEP THE BARN FIRE BURNING. LET'S MAKE PLANS FOR WASHINGTON!

Please understand. Many Blacks upon Obama's election thought and had made plans in their life that we as Blacks had arrived and now were headed to the Promise Land with freedom of opportunity, a state of prosperity or fame and would enjoying great success. Unfortunately the economic foundation for we as Blacks working together had not been laid. I explained that earlier. Now we unfortunately being disillusioned are pointing our finger at our President as our failure whereas, we should look to ourselves with disappointment because although the call was made years ago with the Black Power Movement, we would not hear because we had pattern our concept to the erroneous thinking of the American way. Hopefully these past six years we now know better.
The problem now lies with what are we going to do about it. Under normal circumstances yes we could restructure our thinking and began patronizing each others business, supporting each others products and creating a greater desire for cooperation economically. Unfortunately that will take time. But in the meantime we have two more years in Congress of this disrespect, contemptuous, checky, impudent, insolent, impertinent, insulting regard they have shown for we the people who they are suppose to represent. Are we just going to sit around and complain as they continue to disregard our human values? Or are we going to make things happen. I have called for a march on Washington to take place during the early Spring. Usually it takes time for such a gathering as many permits and other clearance procedures must be made months in advance. Procedures and rules are made to be broken with no exceptions. During critical times, Washington will have to hear the cry of the many and relax their procedures for us to go there.
To many Americans are starving, living homeless on the streets, without jobs to support their family, can't afford to go to college, are being deported illegally, being killed on the streets because of our color, being discriminated against, being racially profiled, being illegally arrested to fill the corporations built and run jails and prisons. Too many veterans are not receiving health care, food to eat or housing to live in. Too many men and women are not receiving a fair minimum days pay. Too many women are not receiving equal pay for equal work. Need I go on? The people we send to Washington know this, but they have no voice or are too frighten to speak out possibly for financial reasons.
So what else is there for us to do but go there for all to hear our voice and see the faces of the disenfranchised, disbanded, deprecated, dishearten, dismayed, disillusioned and just plain disgusted Americans who do not want to wait on some White Savior to come to our rescue. That day will never come. It is time for us to make our voice heard and recognized. Let's go to the facebook, twitter, linkedin. youtube, blotters and all other social networking sources and establish the fact that we determine our future (not the tea party or billionaires) and are going to Washington to make it known.
Let's put pressure on all National Black Associations that we are going to Washington with or without their help or support. Either they disband their organization or follow us. It is now time to move to action. Contact the Black Newspapers in our cities and tell them either support us or stop leaving newspapers on our lawn, call all black radio stations and tell them to help us in this cause or we will stop tuning in on them.
AGAIN I SAID WE HAVE A VOICE AND IT MUST BE HEARD! LET'S DO IT! WE HAVE NOT PUT OUR ECONOMIC POWER OR VOICE OUT THERE IN UNITY AND NOW IT IS THAT TIME. WE WILL NOT LET THOSE IN CONGRESS HOLD US HOSTAGE FOR THOSE FEW WHO DON'T WANT THIS COUNTRY TO PROGRESS WITH SUCCESS BECAUSE OF THEIR HIDDEN RACIALLY MOTIVATED AGENDA. IT IS NOW TIME FOR WE AS A PEOPLE TO STAND UP AND BE HEARD. I PLAN TO DO MY PART AS I AM ALREADY SENDING THIS MESSAGE (LET'S GO TO WASHINGTON) TO ALL MY SOCIAL NETWORK SOURCES. I PLAN TO SEND THIS EMAIL ALONG WITH OTHERS TO MY RELATIVES, CHRISTIAN FRIENDS, SOCIAL FRIENDS AND THE MANY FRIENDS I KNOW AND DON'T KNOW. NOW WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

WHY GO TO WASHINGTON? (To Save Our Nation) Last of three part series
Last month I stated there were three reasons we as a people should prepare to go to Washington this spring. The first reason was for the youth, the second reason was for "we as a people" and the third reason is "to save our nation". Now this last reason may sound strange to most, however, I feel it's the most important purpose of that trip. We as a nation have become so immersed with greed in ourselves, we've lost the perspective of who we are and why we are on this earth. The desire for wealth has consumed our way of life in such a way that we've lost contact with reality. That is "what is real" and "what's happening to us," while living in fantasy land. While on that bandwagon, our power to act or speak or think without externally imposed restraints, is gradually slipping away from us in disguise of "freedom of opportunities". All the while our wealth is gradually being taken away from us through the system of "political and economic opportunity" by the ten per-centers. Yes the wealthy are richer and the middle and working class are getting poorer. It's happening before our eyes as we struggle and focus on supporting ourselves and our family.
There are 1,645 billionaires globally as of March 2014, up from 793 in March 2009. Hundreds of millions of people live in abject poverty without health care or education, while the super-rich continue to amass levels of wealth they will never be able to spend. These last six years have proven that the growing inequality between rich and poor hinders growth, corrupts politics, stifles opportunity and fuels instability while deepening discrimination.
The picture is much clearer since the election of our first Black President when they (the power structure) felt such a position in political office could interfere or interrupt their financial power base. Monies were poured in elections all over this nation to strengthen the conservative voting block and ensure political Conservative control of Governor State Houses and Congressional legislative districts. Yes it was the ten per-centers "planing and doing" as we were lagging behind doing "business as usual" and clinging to old traditional habits of the past. Yes over the last four years we've suffered from lack of activity from those who are to make laws to further the prosperity of all Americans. And all we as a group of people have done is mumble and grumble amongst ourselves complaining of what our Black President is not doing to help us. (how sad)
And in the meanwhile the ten per-centers are cutting the labor force in the millions by out-sourcing jobs over seas, reducing the city, state and federal work force in terminating hundreds of thousand of people from employment and with the cooperation of many judges and racist laws, (drug) building Corporation prisons to house black and brown people (racial profiling) to work for them at slave labor cost. As Unions struggle for survival, the power, strength and sufficiency of their usefulness are rapidly diminishing as these changes are taking place. And with us, we're still mumbling and grumbling of what our leader is not doing thinking he is a miracle worker.
When will we wake up and truly see with our eyes and hear with our ears of what's happening to us? Only then will we understand with our heart the necessity of our Marching on Washington demanding our hard earned, potential slave stolen rights be restored back to us. With the decisions that the conservative Supreme Court is making on behalf of the ten per-centers and the laws coming from both houses of Congress for them, what option is there for us the ninety per-centers? Of course "we as a people" will be the most affected. I use that term because we are a race of people, but we haven't come together as a unified body economically, politically or socially to display our power and strength.
Why is this March for our nation important? Because we the body of citizens of this country, are heading towards servitude as a people. There will soon be a point when the little gained through the efforts of our parents and grand parents will be lost for "lack of opportunity". The economic power base is taking control of our nation in such a way we will have no say in the policies and directions of our lives. It's somewhat like what took place in Germany. If you have the control, power and money to tell people "what you want them to hear" long enough, they'll start believing it. Five million Jews died as a result of that ploy and policy.
At this time a group of Republican conservatives are the ten per-centers and power base of this nation. They own the major corporations, they own the financial institutions and they own the news media in this country. They have been having their advocators writing and broadcasting lies over these last six years about our President and his administration policies and have literally held this nation in hostage and bondage. We now have Black proponents who've picked up the banner and are now doing it for them. (naysayers) It's not surprising as they have the conservative news media to support them both politically and financially. They want our President to do supernatural acts of divine powers and change the mind set of Americans from the idiosyncrasies of racism, which has lingered on after over 150 years. I wish it was that simple. It's easy to criticize until you've walked in that person's shoes and it's easier when your agenda is to disrupt by philosophizing sociological economic theories with some meaningful, insightful comments, entertained by eloquent, meaningless, witty, facetious expressions. Can we get real for a moment please?
This President inherited the worst job creation since the financial melt down of the 1920's, (a) an economic recession that had the making of a depression, the worst financial and stock market collapse since the great stock market crash in 1929, (b) two of the longest wars in U S history,(c) and a trillion dollar budget deficit. And now you want him to be a divine magician in six years with a Republican Congressional House Legislature (whose job it is to make laws with him) who vowed to work against him on the night of his inauguration. And now over the next two years we have a majority Republican Senate who has promise to undo much of the progressive work passed by Congress during his first two years.
And yet with all that adversity lately some of the news media and T V commentators have admitted that his administration has had 63 straight months of economic growth, a depression averted, a deficit reduced by two thirds, a health care law available for all that's working and lowering costs, two women appointed on the Supreme Court, Bin Laden is now dead, a stock market at record heights, unemployment rate having dropped from 10.2 to 5.9% and Gas prices dropping and reaching lows each day. And much more could have been done like added jobs through infrastructure, increase in minimum wages, unemployment benefits extended, equal pay for women, better benefit care for veterans, climate control, adjustments in college student loans and free tuition during college students first two years in college. That is if Congress was willing to work with him.
And I'm sure there are other examples you could add. Yet in listening to the conservative propaganda, this nation is becoming a second class citizenry country. And such misinformation is very effective and successful with those who are suffering from the lack of activity in Congress and who are racially motivated. Such propaganda strengthens the influence of the conservative base and is moving closer to their total control of this nation. Those citizens of the South and others living in suburb and rural areas have truly suffered by this "do nothing" Congress over the last four years. And yet they (because of biased opinions and the promotion of conservative causes) are in agreement with what is taking place, although they are the most affected. (just look at the midterm elections) What is most interesting is the ten poorest cities in the U. S all have State Republican Governors and legislatures with six of the poorest and most economical deprived cities located in the South who votes for the actions and activities of the tea party Republicans. ( Two in Georgia, Two in Texas, Ark. and Florida. (Does that make sense) So racism, propaganda, lies, money and greed is controlling and ruling us by our habits and lack of response. And soon it will have dominance over us through the ten per-centers actions, which will be in and for their selfish interest.
We can continue on this pathway and mumble and grumble amongst ourselves, while our economic base (jobs) are stumbling and crumbling into a state of subjection to an owner, master or forced labor system. Or we can save ourselves and this nation, which is leading in a direction of chaos and pandemonium. I've tried to express myself in plain terms without using high profound words or data or studies or statistics. Just factual events and pieces of information about circumstances that exist as I see them. The sun is shinning in your face and you can pull down the shade, but the sun will yet shine. Most of you know what I've stated is true and you can't hide from the truth.
I ask you to think about what's going on in Congress, which is affecting all of us. The truth like the sun will always shine, you can hide from it, but it won't go away. And if you feel there is need for change in your life and this nation, then join with me rebelling in the direction this country is heading. Ask the leaders of your community and city to help make plans in this March on Washington for the good of the country. It's your life that will suffer the consequences, but more importantly it's your children's life who will endure the servitude hardship. Let's start saving our money for a trip to Washington in September.
